What we collect
Your name, phone number and email address; the details of your appointment (service, length, date and time, and the practitioner you booked with); any notes you choose to write for your therapist; and, for practitioners who list a practice here, account details such as business name, contact information and login credentials.
Why we collect it
To book, confirm and manage your appointments and memberships — that includes sending your confirmation and a reminder the day before your appointment, letting a practitioner know about a new booking and the next day's schedule, applying a membership session, and handling cancellations and refunds.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never reaches our servers. We keep only a record of the amount, the payment status and a reference to the transaction.
Service providers we use
Stripe for payments, Resend for sending email, Lovable Cloud for hosting and our database, and Cloudflare for DNS. These providers handle information only to run the service for us.
We never sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep records
We keep appointment, membership and payment records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email healingstonemassage@yahoo.com or call or text (405) 568-5850 and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete what we're not required to keep.
