Booking and payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your time is reserved once payment clears.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation policy: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking receive a 50% refund. Missed appointments are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
This session is covered by your Monthly Ritual membership. Cancel before your appointment and your covered session is returned for this month. Missed appointments forfeit the covered session.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment to another open time from Find my booking up to 24 hours before it starts. Closer to your appointment than that, call or text the studio. Moving an appointment doesn't change what you paid, and the refund window above still counts from when you first booked. A membership-covered session moved to a different month uses that month's covered session.
Monthly Ritual membership
The Monthly Ritual is $85 a month and covers one 60-minute massage each calendar month — 10% off the regular price. A second 60-minute session in the same month, and all 90-minute, 2-hour and prenatal sessions, are charged at the regular price.
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Massage is not medical care
Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Please tell your therapist about any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies or medications before your session, and speak with your doctor about medical concerns.
Intellectual property
The names HEALING STONE™ and Healing Stone Massage™, the stone logo, this website’s text, images and design, and the Healing Stone™ software (its booking, membership, payments, client-file and payouts features) are owned by Healing Stone Massage, LLC. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them. Do not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of them, or register a business name, domain or social-media handle that includes them, without written permission. Practitioner terms
These terms apply to practitioners who list a practice on Healing Stone™, in addition to everything above.
Independent businesses
Practitioners on Healing Stone™ are independent businesses. They are not employees, partners or agents of Healing Stone Massage, LLC, and nothing here creates that relationship. Each practitioner is responsible for their own services, scheduling and the care they provide, for their own taxes, and for holding and keeping current any massage-therapy license, insurance and permits their practice requires.
Payouts to practitioners are made through a Stripe Express account. To receive payouts a practitioner must complete Stripe's onboarding, and Stripe's Connected Account Agreement applies to that account. The cancellation and refund policy above applies to every booking taken through Healing Stone™, whichever practitioner provides the session.
Trademark license
While your account is active you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to display the “Powered by Healing Stone™” and “Book on Healing Stone™” badges exactly as the platform renders them. You may not use HEALING STONE or Healing Stone Massage in your business name, domain, social-media handles, advertising or logos, and you may not alter, move or remove the badge on your booking page. This license ends when your account ends. All other use of the marks requires written permission from Healing Stone Massage, LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
